4Cs Must Sees

From Panel to Gallery: Twelve Digital Writings, One Installation
Session: K.23 on Mar 25, 2006 from 9:30 AM to 10:45

Instead of making a diachronic set of presentations, the 12 panelists will make available a synchronic set, in an art e-gallery format. Some computers will be placed on the "speakers' " tables, while others will be carried and presented. Hence, the presenters and audience will mix as at a gallery opening, speaking of the works among themselves and the "artists." The purpose of the panel is to "show" and "demonstrate" how digital technologies can reshape our views of conferences, presentations (specifically, presenter-audience relationships), and writings.

Update on new site

Because I got hacked last week, I've had to put up a new site. Hopefully, I'll get all the archives back online soon enough. In the meantime, I plan to have my vita and professional life here within the week.
